Thanks for taking the time to learn about our Total Spinal Fitness System. This page will give you information about the development of our program and you will get to actually view, and hopefully utilize, our exercises to improve your spinal health.
In section 1 you will get an idea of the clinical reasoning behind the development of our system.
In section 2 you have been given the actual program we give to our patients. I hope you will review the process and then learn the Flagship exercises for yourself. These exercises are simple and extremely effective and will help you to improve the true core strength and the health of your low back.
My recommendations would be to start with exercises 1-3 under the Flagship Exercises and then begin with the Knee Circles at level 1.
There are many more exercises, stretches, and educational videos on this page which all go out to our patients dependent on their specific condition.
I would be happy to help guide you through our system, so do not hesitate to contact me.
All the best to you and to your spinal health,
Brian McKeever

Our Flagship Exercises
Restoring BALANCED COORDINATED PELVIC AND LUMBAR MOTION is the KEY FACTOR in restoring spinal health because this creates equal disc and ligament load-sharing and results in a balanced synergy between global and local muscles.
Unfortunately this very important principle has been forgotten or simply missed by most Physical Therapists and replaced with an emphasis on very basic outer core strengthening.
The following exercises were designed by Brian McKeever decades ago. These simple movements are designed to gently restore and normalize the movements of the segments of the low back as well as restore the natural synergy of movement between the low back, the pelvis, and the hips. These movements have proven results in thousands of patients with back pain and dysfunction because they get to the core cause of back degeneration and even better they help to restore the health of the discs, joints, and muscles of the spine leading to long term spinal health.
The Strengthening Process
It was a long process, most likely many years, that led to your back dysfunction and it will be a process to restore the health of your spine. This video will help you to understand the process we have developed and also demonstrate how simple the process can be.
